Four questions that shape a software project
Software costs what its rules cost. We ask these first, because the answers decide the scope, the timeline and the price.
- Who uses it? Staff, customers, agents and admins each need their own screens and permissions, and every extra kind of user adds work.
- Which rules must it follow? Approval steps, fees, commissions and records you must keep decide most of the logic, so we write them down with you first.
- What does it connect to? Payment gateways, SMS, WhatsApp, banks and other systems each add an integration to build and test.
- What happens when something fails? We plan for failed payments, duplicate requests and offline moments, because that is where software that handles money breaks.
