What we collect
- The contact form. Your name, email address, the kind of project you choose and your message. Our server also records the time and the internet address the message came from, to stop spam.
- WhatsApp, phone and email. Whatever you choose to send us, such as your number, name, messages and files.
- Browsing this website. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. If you close the WhatsApp message that pops up, your browser remembers that for the rest of your visit; nothing is sent to us.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, to prepare a quote, and, if you become a client, to carry out and support your project. We rely on your consent when you contact us, and on our contract with you once you become a client.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information or share it for marketing. It passes through the companies that run our website hosting, email and WhatsApp, only so those services work.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and to keep proper business records, and client records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to withdraw your consent. Email contactus@musskartlab.com and we’ll respond. If you’re not satisfied, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
