What moves the price up or down
To land at the lower end of a range, keep the first version lean and the brief clear.
- Features. Every screen, workflow and rule is engineering time. Live tracking, wallets and complex pricing rules cost more than a login and a product list.
- Integrations. Paystack, Flutterwave, delivery services, SMS and WhatsApp each add work, so start with the ones you need at launch.
- Design polish. A clean design is included. Heavily custom, animated design sits at the top of a range.
- Platforms and scale. Web only costs less than web plus Android plus iOS, and a tool for 50 staff costs less than an app for the public.
- How ready you are. Clear requirements and quick feedback keep costs down. Changing the scope halfway through pushes them up.
Payment
How payment works
You never pay everything up front. Payments follow work you can see and test.
Deposit
Usually 40–50% to start. It covers design, planning and the start of the build.
Build review
A milestone payment when the main build is ready for you to test.
Handover
The balance, once the product is live and the code, accounts and assets are yours.
Bigger projects are split into more, smaller milestones. We invoice in Naira and take bank transfers.

Because a five-page website and a booking platform with payments are both “websites” with very different costs. The ranges help you budget; once we understand your scope, we send a firm, itemised quote.
What is an MVP?
A minimum viable product: a lean, working version of your idea that does the one or two things that matter most, so you can launch to real users and learn before spending more.
Is the quote free?
Yes. Tell us what you want to build and we’ll send a written scope and quote at no charge, with no obligation. We’ll also tell you what can wait for version two.
Do prices include hosting and domain names?
Hosting, domains, app store fees and paid services such as SMS are billed by those providers, usually in your name. We’ll list what you need and roughly what it costs in your quote.
