A catalogue buyers recognise
Sheets and hides, leather by the yard, shoemaking leather and bag-grade leather, each with its own page.
Case study · E-commerce
An online store for a leather trader who sources hides from northern Nigeria and holds stock in Onitsha and Aba, with honest grading, full prepayment and live chat.
The problem
The business sources hides through Kano, Sokoto and Zaria and sells finished leather from two warehouses. It ran on WhatsApp broadcasts, market visits and word of mouth, so a shoemaker in Lagos or a bag-maker in Abuja had no way to see what was in stock, compare grades or buy with confidence from far away.
Buyers had been burned before by fake “genuine leather” and by photos that didn’t match the parcel. The store had to earn their trust before asking for a single naira.
What we built
Sheets and hides, leather by the yard, shoemaking leather and bag-grade leather, each with its own page.
Grade is a field on every listing, with real photos and plain notes on the material, including its flaws.
Every order is paid and verified up front, then sent by parcel delivery nationwide or collected free from either warehouse.
Buyers ask about thickness, colour and bulk prices before they pay, just as they would at the stall.
Products, orders, stock across both warehouses and customer conversations in one place.
First-party analytics on what sells, what buyers search for and where they drop off.
